About James Reed
Certified personal Trainer and Founder
I’m James Reed, known as Reedy, a personal trainer and coach focused on building resilience—physically and mentally.
My background spans competitive gymnastics, four years in the Army, amateur kickboxing, boxing, and a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I also coach a Power Slap athlete, applying high-level conditioning, discipline, and recovery methods.
This isn’t just a gym—it’s Resilience Training Centre. We train to be stronger under pressure, tougher when it counts, and better every day. As a team, we push, support, and elevate each other to become the best versions of ourselves—inside and outside the gym.
